- A number that looks wrong. The most useful thing you can send. Include the values you entered and the figure you expected, and we will either fix the tool or explain the difference.
- A calculator you want. Tell us the decision you are trying to make and the inputs you already have — that is usually enough for us to build it.
- Bugs and broken pages. Mention the page and your browser or device if you can.
- Privacy questions. Anything about the Privacy Policy, cookies, or advertising on the site.
What to expect
This is a small project rather than a company, so replies are written by a person and can take a few days. We cannot give personalised engineering, tax or financial advice, and we are not able to recommend specific installers or quote on work — for that, please speak to a qualified professional in your area. What we can do is explain exactly how any figure on this site was calculated.
